Terms and Conditions Services - Tours, Car with driver, Transfers Regular and Low Season *) Cancellation on the date of bookings - full charge (100%) will apply. High Season – January, March, April, May, October, November (Holidays - Easter, Christmas) *) Cancellation of bookings 7 days before - 50% of the cost will apply.
Hotel accommodation Regular and Low Season *) Depends on each hotel - Cancellation of bookings from 3 to 2 days prior to arrival, 1 night cancellation fee will be charged, for each room. Any amendments of rooms reduction or length of stay, the rate per room, per night can be changed. High Season – January, March, April, May, October, November (All Jewish Holidays & Easter, Christmas) Depends on each hotel - Cancellation of bookings from 21 to 7 days prior to arrival, full charge (100%) will apply. Any amendments of rooms reduction or length of stay, the rate per room, per night can be changed.

Guests without a valid entry permit will be charged VAT as defined by Israeli law (VAT rate may change without notice, subject to Israeli law).
